A simple, rapid and low-cost spectrophotometric method for irinotecan quantification in human plasma and in pharmaceutical dosage forms

We are proposing the first widely applicable spectrophotometric method, after minimal pretreatment, for irinotecan quantification in plasma, to guide personalized dose adjustment and quality control of bulk or injection dosage.
